Open Fitness Class
Fitness coach, and Shot Put Olympian, Justin Rodhe, utilizes weight training and calisthenic movements to make the most of your energy and time. There are no "fluff" exercises at Rodhe Sport. Our motto is strong body, strong life. Open to all ages with a basic exercise background.
Classes are 60 minutes and run on M,W,F,Sat 830-930am
